The AMD EPYC 4564P is a 16-core, 32-thread server processor from the AMD EPYC 4004 Series for the AM5 socket. It brings a high core count and fast clock speeds to small business servers, hosting and virtualisation workloads on a cost-effective single-socket platform.

A 4.5GHz base clock boosts up to 5.7GHz, with 64MB of L3 cache and a 170W TDP. It supports dual-channel DDR5 memory up to 5200 MT/s and 28 lanes of PCIe 5.0 for storage and expansion cards. This is the tray version, supplied as the processor only.

Compatibility

Uses the AM5 socket: choose a server or workstation motherboard that lists EPYC 4004 Series support, and check its CPU support list for the BIOS version required. No cooler is included with the tray version, so you will need an AM5 cooler rated for a 170W processor.
