The ARCTIC P8 Silent is a single 80 mm case fan for desktop PC builders and system maintainers who need to replace a small chassis fan or add quiet cooling to a compact computer.

Its fluid dynamic bearing and virtually silent motor are designed to reduce friction and bearing noise. The fixed speed of 1600 rpm moves up to 26.5 m³/h of air, while the focused airflow and 0.62 mmH₂O static pressure make the fan suitable for use against increased air resistance, including on heatsinks and radiators. It can also be mounted to draw cool air into a case or push warm air out.

Key features

• 80 mm frame fits systems designed for this fan size.
• Fluid dynamic bearing supports efficient, low-friction operation.
• Focused airflow helps maintain cooling when air resistance is higher.
• Fixed 1600 rpm speed provides straightforward operation without fan speed adjustment.
• 0.08 Sone noise level suits builds where quieter running is a priority.
• 400 mm cable gives reach to a compatible motherboard or fan connection.
• Supplied with four mounting screws for installation.

Compatibility

Check your case or cooling assembly for an 80 × 80 × 25 mm fan mount and confirm it accepts a standard 3-pin fan connector. This is a fixed-speed fan; motherboard PWM control will have no effect on its speed. Good to know: the package includes the fan and four mounting screws, while any additional adapters or accessories are sold separately.

In the box

• ARCTIC P8 Silent
• 4 mounting screws

Specifications

For a compact system that needs a standard 80 mm replacement fan, the P8 Silent combines focused cooling performance with a low-noise motor and bearing design.
