The ARCTIC TP-3 is a soft thermal pad for transferring heat between components and a heatsink. This 100 x 100 mm, 1.5 mm pad suits PC builders and repairers working with RAM, chipsets, graphics cards or other electronics where a gap needs filling.

Its soft, compressible silicone and special filler help it conform to uneven surfaces and accommodate differences in chip height. The pad conducts heat while damping vibration, and its electrical insulation makes it suitable for use around electronic components. It can also be cut to the shape required for an installation.
