The Hama DisplayPort cable connects a PC or laptop to a monitor, television or projector for digital video and audio. Its 1.5 m length suits home and office desks, and it is also aimed at gaming monitors that use higher refresh rates.

With DisplayPort 1.2 support, the cable carries resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz. Its 21.6 Gbit/s data transfer rate supports high resolution video, while double shielding helps reduce electromagnetic interference. The flexible PVC cable is designed to resist kinks, and its slim plugs are useful when space around a device is limited. Hama also gives supported refresh rates of up to 165 Hz at WQHD and 240 Hz at Full HD.
