The HYTE X50 Air is a mid-tower PC case for builders creating a gaming or high-performance desktop around a mesh-sided chassis. It supports E-ATX boards up to 10.6 inches, as well as ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards.

Its full-coverage micro-mesh panel provides a low-resistance air intake, while louvred vents help hot air leave the case. Direct airflow beneath the graphics card can be provided by up to three extra-thick 120mm fans. A flexible layout also makes room for large radiators at the front and side, and the PSU canopy includes cable tie-down points and Velcro straps to help keep wiring organised.

Compatibility

Choose a motherboard from the supported E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX formats, and check component clearances before assembly. The maximum CPU cooler height is 170mm; the power supply can be up to 223mm long. Storage mounting is available for two 2.5-inch drives and one 3.5-inch drive. Good to know: fans and radiators are mounting options rather than included cooling hardware, so plan to source the components your build needs separately.
