The j5create JVA14-N 4K Game Capture Station is an external capture card for streamers, gameplay creators and anyone recording video from a compatible console or camera. It connects to a computer over USB-C and works with Windows, macOS and Android systems that meet its requirements.

Capture gameplay at up to 4K at 30 frames per second while sending a 4K 60Hz HDR signal through to a display. The HDMI connection keeps the display feed available during capture, and 3.5 mm audio connections support microphone input and audio output. Plug-and-play operation means no driver installation is required, and an indicator shows the USB connection speed and compression mode.

Compatibility

Connect the HDMI source and display, then link the capture station to a computer using USB-C or an available USB 3.2/3.0 port. It is compatible with supported PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One X/S consoles, as well as Nintendo Switch. System requirements include Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.12 or later, or Android 8.1 or later, plus an Intel Core i7-6700HQ or above, NVIDIA GTX 960M or above and 8GB RAM. Good to know: a USB 3.2/3.0 connection is recommended for higher capture performance; USB 2.0 is limited to 720p30.
