The Nanoleaf Light Therapy Panel is a compact red and near-infrared LED device for people adding at-home light sessions to a skincare or general wellness routine. Its tabletop format and adjustable stand make it suitable for use at a desk, bedside or another stable surface.

It combines 640nm red light with 850nm near-infrared light across 160 LEDs. Four intensity settings let you adjust the output, while the built-in timer offers sessions from 10 to 30 minutes and switches the panel off when the session ends. The slim 12.8mm panel weighs 546g, so it is easy to move between rooms and store when not in use. Nanoleaf recommends 10–15 minute sessions, three to five times a week.

Follow the supplied instructions and wear the included protective glasses; avoid looking directly at the bright LEDs. Good to know: this panel is not cordless, so you will need a suitable mains socket near your chosen position.
