The AP-503H model has three 1 Gbps Ethernet ports (1x 1 Gbps uplink, 2x 1 Gbps downlink). The AP-505H model has five Ethernet ports (1x 2.5 Gbps uplink, 4x 1 Gbps downlink), supports PoE out on two ports, and includes a USB port.

The 500H series is Wi-Fi CERTIFIED and supports 802.11ax features; orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) for multi-user efficiency, target wake time (TWT) to extend the battery life of connected Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and WPA3 and Enhanced Open (OWE) for greater password and guest security. The 500H series includes a limited lifetime warranty.
