The ARCTIC Freezer 36 A-RGB is a tower air cooler for desktop processors, suited to PC builders and gamers who want CPU cooling with addressable lighting. It supports selected Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA1851 and AM5.

Two P12 PWM PST A-RGB fans work in a push-pull arrangement, moving air through a heatsink with four copper heatpipes and an aluminium fin stack. The side-open fins let the pull fan draw additional air through the heatsink. A screw-mounted aluminium top plate covers the heatpipe ends, while the fans attach to the heatsink with a click system for easier fitting or replacement. The fans’ 12 A-RGB LEDs can be controlled individually and connected to compatible motherboard lighting systems.

Compatibility

Compatible sockets are Intel LGA1851 and LGA1700, and AMD AM5 and AM4. The cooler uses a 4-pin PWM connection for fan control and a 3-pin A-RGB connection for lighting. Good to know: check that your motherboard has the required fan and A-RGB headers; lighting needs a compatible A-RGB connection.
