The ARCTIC P12 is a 120 mm case fan for PC builders who need to cool a case, heatsink or radiator. Its fixed speed and standard three-pin connector suit users looking for a straightforward fan for a compatible system.

Its focused airflow and high static pressure help move air through the resistance of heatsinks and radiators. The fluid dynamic bearing reduces friction, heat and bearing noise, while the fan can be installed to draw cool air into the case or push warm air out. ARCTIC specifies airflow of 56.3 cfm and a noise level of 0.3 Sone.

Key features

• High static pressure supports airflow through heatsinks and radiators.
• Fixed 1800 rpm speed for consistent fan operation.
• Fluid dynamic bearing reduces friction and heat.
• Three-pin connector provides power and a tachometer signal.
• 400 mm cable gives room to route the connection inside a PC case.
• Can be mounted for intake or exhaust airflow.
• Six-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Compatibility

Check that your case, heatsink or radiator accepts a standard 120 mm fan and that your motherboard or fan controller has a compatible three-pin fan connection. This is a fixed-speed fan, so it does not provide PWM speed control. Good to know: the fan uses a three-pin connection, so check your available header and control method before buying.
