The ARCTIC P8 Max is an 80 mm PWM case fan for PC builders and system maintainers who need strong airflow in a compact space. Its high-speed range also makes it suited to 2U server racks and other builds where cooling needs can vary with the workload.

PWM control lets the fan adjust from 500 to 5000 rpm, with a zero-rpm mode below 5% PWM for quiet operation when airflow is not needed. When cooling demand rises, it can deliver up to 40 cfm of airflow and 5.3 mmH₂O static pressure. That pressure-focused airflow makes it useful around heatsinks, radiators and filters as well as for case ventilation. A Fluid Dynamic Bearing supports low-speed operation, and the fan draws 0.19 A.

Compatibility

Check that your case or cooling hardware accepts an 80 × 80 × 25 mm fan and that you have a compatible four-pin PWM fan connection. The fan operates at 12 V DC. Good to know: mounting screws are included, but confirm the available fan space and header type before ordering.
