The ARCTIC TP-3 is a soft thermal pad for PC builders and electronics users who need to transfer heat across a small gap between a component and a heatsink. This pack contains four blue strips measuring 120 x 20 mm, each 0.5 mm thick.

Its soft silicone and special filler help the pad conform to differences in component height caused by manufacturing tolerances. The 0.5 mm pad can compress to 0.3 mm, compensating for height differences of up to 0.2 mm. It is electrically insulating and non-adhesive, and can be cut to the size needed for a particular application.
