This pack contains four blue strips measuring 120 x 20 mm, each 0.5 mm thick.

Its soft silicone and special filler help the pad conform to differences in component height caused by manufacturing tolerances. The 0.5 mm pad can compress to 0.3 mm, compensating for height differences of up to 0.2 mm. It is electrically insulating and non-adhesive, and can be cut to the size needed for a particular application.

Key features

Soft, mouldable material helps bridge uneven surfaces and air gaps.

Compresses from 0.5 mm to 0.3 mm to accommodate small height differences.

Designed to transfer heat while being gentle on sensitive and protruding components.

Electrically insulating for use around electronic components.

Non-adhesive construction makes handling straightforward.

Can be cut to fit different component shapes and sizes.

Suitable for RAM, chipsets and ICs in PCs, laptops, consoles, graphics cards and other electronic devices.

Soft pads can be stacked to bridge different thicknesses.

Compatibility

Use the pad where its thickness suits the gap between the component and heatsink; check the required pad thickness and dimensions for your device before installation. ARCTIC advises extra care when installing the 0.5 mm version because of its very low hardness. Good to know: the package contains four thermal pad strips; it does not include a heatsink or other cooling hardware.

In the box

ARCTIC TP-3

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Product type

Thermal pad

Part number

ACTPD00055A

Dimensions

120 x 20 mm

Thickness

0.5 mm

Colour

Blue

Pack quantity

4

Hardness

55 Shore OO

Continuous use temperature

-40~150 °C

Electrical insulation

Electrically insulating

EAN

4895213703987

For applications needing a thin, flexible gap filler, the TP-3 combines gentle compression with practical cut-to-fit sizing in a four-strip pack.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0894/4120/6619/files/arctic-tp-3-thermal-pad-120-x-20-mm-at-0-5-mm-blue-4-pack.jpg?v=1792314795
