The Cables Direct 77HDMI-018 is a 1.8 m HDMI cable for connecting compatible devices such as a DVD player, set-top box or computer to a television or monitor. It suits home AV setups where one cable can carry both picture and sound between devices with standard HDMI sockets.

Its HDMI 1.4 Type A male connectors fit standard HDMI ports at both ends. High Speed with Ethernet supports an HDMI Ethernet Channel between compatible connected devices, while Audio Return Channel can carry audio back from a compatible display. Gold-flash contacts add a corrosion-resistant finish. The cable also supports 3D and 4K content; the source and display must support the relevant format and resolution.

Key features

• Carries digital video and audio over a single cable.
• Two HDMI Type A male connectors connect standard HDMI ports.

Compatibility

Use it with equipment that has standard HDMI Type A sockets, including compatible televisions, monitors, DVD players and set-top boxes.
