The Hama USB Hub, 4 Ports, USB 2.0 is a compact way to connect several everyday USB devices to a PC, notebook, MacBook or tablet. It suits people who need to plug in items such as a mouse, keyboard, USB stick or printer when their computer has fewer convenient USB-A connections available.

Four USB-A sockets let you connect multiple devices through one USB connection. The hub supports USB 2.0 data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbit/s and is powered from the connected computer, so it does not need a separate power supply. Its integrated 0.15 m cable keeps the hub close to the host device. The sockets are positioned on the top for straightforward access, with spacing intended to help accommodate wider plugs. Flexible materials around the cable provide kink protection, and plug-and-play operation avoids a separate driver installation.

The hub is bus powered, so the total power drawn by connected devices must remain within what the host connection can supply.
