The Hama 00200683 is a 10 m CAT 6a network cable for connecting PCs, notebooks, TVs and gaming consoles to a router, switch, hub or network wall socket. It suits home users setting up wired connections for internet access, network data and signals, as well as anyone needing a longer cable run between compatible devices.

Its S/FTP construction uses double shielding to help reduce electromagnetic interference, while twisted wire pairs and a robust PVC outer sheath help minimise interference. The cable supports data transfer up to 10 Gbit/s and has been tested for Gigabit Ethernet speeds from 10 to 10,000 Mbit/s. Slimline RJ45 plugs suit mobile or flat devices and locations where connector space is limited. Flexible materials provide kink protection to help prevent cable breakage, and the cable is designed for bidirectional signal transmission.
