The Hama 4K HDMI 2x1 Toggle Switch lets you connect two HDMI source devices to one display. It suits a desk or home entertainment setup where a games console and laptop, for example, need to share a monitor or TV.

Choose between the connected sources using the selector button. The switch supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz and is HDCP-compatible for protected content. Its built-in 0.60 m HDMI cable connects to the display, while the two HDMI sockets accept the source devices. Plug and Play setup requires no software, and the switch does not need an external power supply.

• A selector button provides straightforward switching between sources.

Compatibility

Connect HDMI source devices to the two HDMI inputs, then connect the built-in HDMI plug to a display. For reliable signal transmission, Hama recommends keeping the total cable length from source devices to the switch and from the switch to the TV to no more than 5 metres. Good to know: this is a 2-in, 1-out switch, so it selects one source for a display; it does not send one source to two displays.
