The Maiwo K308 is a USB 3.0 hard drive dock for reading and writing data on internal 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA hard drives and SSDs. It suits people who need to access a drive outside a computer, such as when transferring files or working with an internal drive as external storage.

Its upright docking design makes it easy to insert and remove compatible drives, with hot plug and play operation for straightforward connection. The USB 3.0 interface provides a fast link to a computer and remains compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1, so the dock can also connect to older USB ports. A colour LED indicates power and disk activity, giving a quick visual check while a drive is in use.
