The TP-Link Omada POE380S is a 10G PoE++ injector for network installers and businesses connecting a compatible access point, IP phone or PTZ IP camera where a PoE switch is not available. It adds power to an Ethernet connection while passing network data to the powered device.

Both RJ45 ports support link speeds up to 10 Gbps and automatically negotiate among six speeds, from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps. The injector supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt devices, supplying up to 90 W and automatically determining the power required by the connected device. Its integrated power supply, plug-and-play operation and desktop or wall-mount installation make it straightforward to place near the network connection.

Compatibility

Use with devices that accept standard IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at or 802.3bt PoE. The data-in port connects to the network, and the power-and-data-out port connects to the powered device. Link speed depends on the connected equipment and cabling. Good to know: this injector is incompatible with passive PoE and other non-standard PoE devices, so check the powered device's requirements before connecting it.
