It adds power to an Ethernet connection while passing network data to the powered device.

Both RJ45 ports support link speeds up to 10 Gbps and automatically negotiate among six speeds, from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps. The injector supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt devices, supplying up to 90 W and automatically determining the power required by the connected device. Its integrated power supply, plug-and-play operation and desktop or wall-mount installation make it straightforward to place near the network connection.

Key features

Two multi-gigabit RJ45 ports support speeds up to 10 Gbps.

One port accepts data while the other delivers data and PoE power.

Provides up to 90 W for compatible powered devices.

Supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at and 802.3bt PoE standards.

Automatically detects the power requirements of the connected device.

Plug-and-play operation requires no configuration.

Integrated power supply keeps the unit self-contained.

Metal casing and desktop or wall-mount installation suit different setups.

Compatibility

Use with devices that accept standard IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at or 802.3bt PoE.
