Remote reset capability and a reset button provide useful ways to restart a connected device, while surge and clamping protection help protect the installation. Its RJ45 shielded socket and earth-grounded AC cable support a grounded network setup.

Key features

Delivers 24V DC at 0.5A for compatible passive PoE equipment.

Gigabit LAN port supports high speed Ethernet data.

Remote reset capability lets a compatible connected device be restarted remotely.

A reset button provides a local restart option.

Surge protection covers differential and common modes.

Clamping protection is specified at 11V for data and 60V for power.

RJ45 shielded socket supports a shielded Ethernet connection.

Compatibility

Use this injector only with equipment that supports 24V passive PoE; it is not standard 802.3af/at PoE. Check the powered device’s requirements before connecting it. The datasheet specifies a two-pair power arrangement on pins 4 and 5 positive and pins 7 and 8 negative. Good to know: a standard Ethernet cable is needed to connect the injector to the network and powered device, and the optional wall mount bracket is sold separately.

In the box

Ubiquiti 24V PoE Adapter

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Product type

Passive PoE injector

Part number

POE-24-12W-G-WH

Output voltage

24VDC @ 0.5A

Gigabit LAN port

Yes

Remote reset capability

Yes

Reset button

Yes

Data IN / PoE

RJ45 Shielded Socket

Colour

White

For a compatible installation, this white 12W adapter combines passive PoE power, Gigabit data and protection features in one compact network accessory.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0894/4120/6619/files/5e9d102c03f940e0d3cf19c49606db9cb029d6f4_1725036__custom_image1.jpg?v=1792189689
